VENTEC GIGA HISTORY

Ventec Giga was founded in 1993 by Ramesh Dhokia, to supply capital equipment and consulting services including factory planning and setup to manufacturers of bare printed circuit boards. The client base quickly grew to include suppliers of PCBs to industry sectors including electronics OEMs and manufacturing services businesses, as well as specialized enterprises such as such as makers of solar panels.

In June 2023, the company was acquired by Ventec International Group and made additional equipment representation agreements. These expanded the portfolio into robotics for handling, as well as consumables such as abrasives and press plates including press plate refurbishment.

Ventec Giga now serves PCB fabricators in Europe and the US, leveraging the international infrastructure of the Ventec International Group. The company continues to grow its portfolio of high-quality, innovative equipment and consumables for advanced PCB fabrication.
